By accessing and using GoDerby, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement.

Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use GoDerby for personal or commercial event management purposes. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

User Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide accurate, complete, and current information. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms.

Event Registration

When registering for events, you agree to:

• Provide accurate information about yourself and your vehicle
• Comply with all event rules and regulations
• Accept the terms set by event promoters
• Sign all required waivers and legal agreements

Promoter Responsibilities

Event promoters are responsible for:

• Setting appropriate event rules and requirements
• Managing their events professionally
• Handling participant data responsibly
• Providing required legal documents and waivers

Limitation of Liability

GoDerby shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of or inability to use the service.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
